Rare Corgi Jaguar ‘E’ Type ‘Pension Annuity Friendly Society’ (PAFS) Promotional

Established in 1995, the newly formed ‘Pension Annuity Friendly Society’ (PAFS) decided to offer staff members a Xmas gift of a Corgi/Matchbox Jaguar ‘E’ Type model on a marble plinth with a ‘PAFS’ decal placed on the bonnet. It is unclear how many were produced, but probably only a few hundred or so.

Research suggests another model, the Corgi/Matchbox Rover P4, was also created as a Christmas promotional at a later year. PAFS demutualised in 2005 and its business was transferred to Partnership Assurance UK. This item is in excellent condition.
