The buyers premium is 25% of the hammer price plus an extra 3% (the internet surcharge) applied by Easy Live Auction. These fees are applicable to both Live and Timed auctions.

Live Auctions 

you can choose to pay either:

3% on the hammer price of all lots you win (this is in addition to the auctioneers Buyers Premium)

Or a Flat Fee of £3.00 - An upfront fee taken by Easy Live Auction. You will not be charged any further premium on won lots, over and above the auctioneers Buyers Premium. NOTE: This fee is taken regardless of whether you bid on / win lots.

Here is our own quick guide interpretation:

Timed auctions do not have a live auctioneer. They function a bit like ebay but with one BIG exception. If someone places a bid in the last few minutes, the bidding window extends by another few minutes to allow someone else to bid again and to prevent “bid sniping” at the last second.

 Our advice advice is work out and place your maximum bids well before the first auction lot starts to end.
